Michael Bennet drops off ballot signatures to formally join the 2026 Colorado Governor Democrat Primary field
U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Col.) will be officially on the ballot to attempt to win the Governor’s race as a Democrat.
“Our kitchen has been filled with petitions for months and months, it seems, and now we will be able to claim our kitchen counter back,” Bennet said in a media briefing to CBS Colorado.
Bennet was very thankful to his supporters during interactions with them after he left the Colorado Secretary of State’s office earlier last Friday.
In a public statement from his campaign, he will skip the caucuses and focus on the Democratic Primary Election on June 15th.
